One-time setup fee tailored to your building
To ensure a smooth and thorough onboarding, we charge a one-time setup fee, adjusted to the size and complexity of your building.
OUR FEES IN DETAIL
Our fees include a price per building, i.e., for the entire co-ownership, and are distributed per unit, based on the shares recorded in the master deed (often calculated according to the thousandths per lot).
The costs for online access and for the distribution of the water bill are fixed.
WHAT ARE THE START-UP COSTS FOR?
The start-up costs (basic services) cover a range of tasks that Easy Syndic will perform when initializing the co-ownership. These costs are one-time and will be distributed among the co-owners. When a property manager takes over or establishes a Homeowners’ Association, there are a series of tasks that need to be carried out, including:
